In my very first job, I was able to identify a source of additional revenue by subcontracting an underutilised equipment in a factory. This was really a starting point for my confidence in Corporate Creativity. Within two years, through a worker, we were able to eliminate a raw material warehouse. In the years to follow, there were many more simple innovations. In a branch of a leading Financial Services company, we were able to improve the customer acquisition by 35% using a place of worship in the neighbourhood.
