Most of the successful people have one essential ingredient and that is great passion for what they are doing. In fact, they choose their occupation based on their passion. For such people, every day is a working day (because they don’t work to the calendar) and every day is a holiday (because they enjoy their work).
Most of us know how passion helps you succeed in your career but let us go through the key points:
- When you choose your occupation based on your passion, you keep developing your expertise on a continuous basis. This automatically gives you a great advantage in your career growth.
- Even if you come across a few challenges, your passion will keep you moving ahead without giving up.
- Another interesting advantage of your passion based career is you are not desperate for results. Because of this, you will be sending right vibrations to your colleagues, bosses and customers. Even the greatest boss (the Universe) seems to like people who are not desperate. In my opinion, this attribute alone will tilt the scales in your favour.
When you develop your passion for Personal Finance, you will have the following main advantages:
- You will be able to ask the right questions to your Financial Planner and Financial Mentor. Obviously, they will give their best to you, when you show the right inclination.
- You will learn and apply the concept of ‘Power of Compounding’.
- You will invest in the education of the market as compared to many people, who just invest.
- You will develop your own approach to 'Passive income'.
For some of you, developing passion for the concepts in Personal Finance, may take some time and that is ok. Keep learning something everyday and knowledge will lead to interest and gradually to passion. My submission to everyone of you is not to underestimate the importance of Personal Finance.
