Improving Employee Engagement
We are so pleased to note that corporates are giving due importance to this essential area. Whether corporates use our ‘Path to Prosperity’ or ‘Healthy Living’ programs or any other tool, there are a few interesting benefits to corporates by improving ‘Employee Engagement’. We will be sharing a few live examples in this page.

Live Example - 1 (Consulting firm)
Raghavan recently did an assignment on ‘Employee Satisfaction’ for a leading Audit and consulting organisation based at Chennai, India. The organisation will rank very high on the efforts to improve ‘Employee Engagement’.
In one of the divisions, Raghavan was pleasantly surprised by the attitude shown by a few colleagues, who left the organisation. After working five days in their new organisation, they were willing to come back to this organisation and work during weekends to clear some backlog. It is noteworthy that the former colleagues were willing to do this without any monetary consideration. This is a true benefit for the organisation’s focus on improving ‘Employee Engagement’.
Live Example - 2 (Startup)
About twenty five years back, Raghavan had the privilege of being associated with one of the team members of a startup organisation of a leading group in Chennai, India. The CEO of the organisation, in his first meeting with all the functional heads, told every individual to treat the company as his own. His genuineness was good enough to substantially improve the ‘Employee Engagement’.
The commitment shown by every individual and the teamwork were exemplary. Despite the fact that the project had several time and cost overruns owing to collaborators’ lack of ability and yen appreciation, the ownership was high and the employee turnover was negligible. The finance team did carry out many ‘miracles’ like consistently showing profits in foreign currency risk management.
