Happy Strokes for Corporate Innovations using technology

Prelude
We at Happy Mentor are delighted to offer ‘Happy Strokes for Corporate Innovations’ (HSCI). The main objective is to be of service to the CEO. This is by way of creating a set of simple processes for arriving at better solutions for key live issues that are affecting the profitability of the organization and most importantly for implementing such solutions. The project will be tailor-made to a given organisation.
The core
The core of this project is looking at two major challenges that, as per the CEO, are truly blocking the organization in significantly improving the profitability. We will be addressing these challenges using four simple & powerful approaches viz., Latent creativity, Thinker Toys, TOC and Simple Subconscious process. While we don’t have any magic wand, you will see improving environment and confidence in facing the vital issues that we take up.


Happy Examples
Using Latent Creativity, we were able to eliminate a raw materials warehouse for a manufacturing organization by creating storage space with virtually no investment in the factory itself.
Thanks to Thinker Toys, one Food Chain organization, was able to get online orders from people living abroad for delivery to parents living in India. The method used is known as ‘Reversal Method’.
TOC helped one BPO company in making back-office colleagues to get new clients as well as cross-sell products. In the same organization, they used the technique of ‘Evaporating the Cloud’ to resolve a major conflict on pricing between Finance & Marketing.
I don’t have the count of solutions I have got through ‘Simple Subconscious Process’. To mention a few, using a mosque near an office location, we increased the customer acquisition by 35% in one particular month. Another example was making ‘High Performers’ as ‘Pelicans’ for sharing their success stories to the other colleagues.
Modus Operandi
We will start the project with preliminary discussions and preliminary study. This will be followed by a leisurely interaction at an offsite location for two days.This is for learning and practically using various tools and creating the base for addressing the challenges. Thereafter, we will interact for a specific number of days every month with the help of technology. In the meanwhile, the CEO may interact with us through mail or phone. We encourage the CEO to call whenever he is encountering challenging situation at work.
