Long-term funds would include PE funds, Venture Capital, funding from HNIs and IPO. We make a preliminary study to understand the requirement. At this stage, apart from discussions with Senior Management team we make an initial study of financials and MIS. We go to the next stage of detailed study & report only when we feel confident of adding value. The objective of the next step is to arrive at the right mode of funding through the right Investors / Investment Bankers. While we jointly interact with the Investors, we represent the client and not the Investors.
Short-term funds includes mainly funds from the Banking Sector in the form of both fund based and non-fund based limits. By virtue of our experience and values, we enjoy excellent goodwill with several public sector & private sector banks. We occasionally work with NBFCs also.
This has really gone through several changes and we are currently focusing on service to CEOs & CXOs. The main utility is by way of offering Happy Mentor as a ‘Bouncing Board’. This is for major issues that can come up anytime and hence we interact using technology. We keep the identity of the person and the situation in total confidence. The main objective is to arrive at implementable action plans. The sheer verbalising the problem has the benefit of unburdening which leads to creative ideas that come from the Corporate Honchos rather than from ourselves. We thoroughly enjoy doing this.
Based on long relationship, our corporate clients request us to carry out a few other services such as reinforcement of Values, assistance in Project Management, formulating and implementing ‘Blue Ocean Strategies’ etc. In this kind of assignments, we do what we can and bring in external experts with the approval of the CEO.
